Arnav was part of a small team that supported a fast-paced, global queue to build, modify and maintain our fund profile and data pages on the web. I have had the opportunity to work with Arnav for about 2 years and I have seen Arnav evolve from an intern to an all-rounder software professional. Throughout his early days in the firm, Arnav was involved in a lot of firm related initiatives in addition to making sure that he delivers on his day job.

He was super flexible when it came to technology and made sure that the requirements for the projects were delivered which is a critical skill in the ever changing markets we operate on. I got the opportunity to work with Arnav as his manager in BlackRock. Arnav has great temperament and attitude which makes him a valuable team member. He brings a lot to the table during discussions to any problem and is always upfront in reaching out to people.

Rarely do you come across people with a standout talent like Arnav. Working with him in the Product Pages team at BlackRock has been really great. He carried full ownership of the product pages with great efficiency and zest while the team was growing and resources transitioning was happening.

Even after taking up the API development work as well he juggled it with other work very effortlessly. Not just this but mentoring juniors, helping others ramp up, you name it he is very approachable and helping. He made work really fun for us, thanks to him for organizing our team lunches. He will be an asset to any team he joins and and we will miss him dearly.

Arnav acted as an important element in the team. Up to date with what everyone else is doing, taking ownership of the issues that arose and quickly finding a solution and staying positive throughout, he has shown great team spirit & his willingness to learn and grow as the expectations rise.

I directly managed Arnav for about 10 months as a part of the Product Pages team before moving to a different function in the firm. In my time of being the direct reporting manager to Arnav, I found him to be very result oriented and hard working. He stuck to all the assigned deadlines and never compromised on the quality of work he delivered. He also went out of his way and scope of his role to participate in various off-hour projects and hackathons going on in the firm which shows his passion for technology. I would love to work with him again in the future.
